Proxy Use Policy

The rules for using NetVO residential and datacenter proxy services.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy applies to every proxy product sold by NETVO LTD (residential, static residential and static datacenter proxies). It adds to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By ordering a proxy service you agree to it.

1. Permitted use

Proxy services are for lawful business purposes, for example:

  • ad verification and brand protection;
  • search engine and SEO rank monitoring;
  • price, availability and market monitoring;
  • testing websites and apps from different locations;
  • research and data collection that respects the target site's terms and applicable law.

Proxies are not an anonymity service. They do not hide you from us, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use our proxies, or let anyone else use them, to:

  • access or attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorisation, including credential stuffing, brute-force attacks and account takeover;
  • commit fraud of any kind, including carding, payment or card testing and chargeback fraud;
  • create or run fake, bulk or automated accounts, or generate artificial traffic, clicks, impressions, followers, reviews or other engagement;
  • get around ticketing systems, purchase limits or anti-bot protection;
  • send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
  • collect personal data in breach of data-protection law;
  • access online banking, payment or government services on behalf of others;
  • distribute malware or illegal content, or infringe intellectual property;
  • evade sanctions, export controls or any restriction imposed by law, or serve users in sanctioned jurisdictions (see the export and sanctions section of our Terms).

3. Verification and review

  • Proxy orders are reviewed before access is issued. We may ask you to confirm your identity or company and your intended use, and we may decline an order; declined orders are refunded in full.
  • Exit locations in sanctioned or high-risk jurisdictions are not offered.
  • We may block access to categories of destination that carry a high risk of abuse.

4. Logs and cooperation

We may keep connection records (account, time, destination and traffic volume) for as long as needed to operate the service, investigate abuse and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. We cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement and with abuse reports from network operators.

5. Payment

Proxy services can be paid by PayPal, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Card payments are not accepted for proxy services. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy: proxy services are non-refundable once access has been issued, and traffic already used is never refunded.

6. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may suspend or terminate the service immediately and without refund, and report the activity where the law requires or allows it.

7. Reporting abuse

Report abuse from a NetVO proxy IP to [email protected] with the IP address, timestamps (with time zone) and relevant logs.
